Policies, and Booking Terms and Conditions
Children - children are welcome with infants up to 2 years old free of charge.
Pets - well behaved pets welcome with prior arrangement [£5.00 per animal per night].
Smoking - this is a completely non smoking establishment.
Booking - credit or debit card details are required to act as a booking guarantee.
When - booking accommodation online - your card will be debited a deposit amount equal to 20% of the total value of your booking.
Cancellation - if your reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours before the arrival date there is no cancellation charge applicable, and your deposit will be refunded to your card. However, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of the stay where 72 hours notice is not received [or if you do not arrive, without letting us know that you no longer require the room].
Standard Check In and Check Out Times
The normal check-in time for guests is from 2pm, unless by prior arrangement. Check-out time is before 10am unless by prior arrangement.
